We we're able to get our mortgages current on our house and bring all of our other bills up to date as well (rather then running 29 days late). I never had such a fun time in selling my home, as I did with We Buy Unwanted Houses. It was completely hassle free. Every detail was explained to me in “plain” English, instead of all the real estate garble.

Realtors wanted me to lay down new carpet, re-paint, pack up all of my personal belongings so the home “would show better”. I found myself in a very difficult situation financially which only could be solved by selling my home. I was looking to sell fast at a reasonable price.
